Commerce Finance AD Sofia was established in 1993 with the scope of activity development, production, distribution and sale of software products and complex software and technical systems. The founder of the company is Artin Nigohosyan. From 1993 until the end of his life, Artin Nigohosyan dedicated himself to the development of the “Business Navigator” software suite, where he served as Head of Project and Development and was the lead developer.
The Chairperson of the Board of Directors is Ms. Svetlana Nigohosyan. The company employs a team of 22 professionals and maintains its headquarters in Sofia. In 2024, a new office was opened in Varna to support regional expansion. The company is represented nationwide through a network of authorized distributors and dealers.
Business Navigator is a modern professional computer system for company management, developed according to European standards. It covers the entire processing and reporting of daily operations in modern companies and organizations, document flow, accounting information, customer service, reporting of results and analysis of activity through a flexible system for generating and formatting reports.
Business Navigator Payroll & HR is developed as a stand-alone professional high-end computer program for payroll processing, human resources and personnel management. It can be used without restrictions to process the remuneration of various types and categories of workers in all areas of the economy.
Business Navigator — Customer Relationship Management (CRM) automates the processes of marketing, sales, after-sales service, service, etc. The developed functions are necessary for every company in the conditions of financial crisis for individual service of each client and creation of good relationships with customers.
