Business Navigator version 8.08.01

For this purpose, new types of documents have been introduced in Business Navigator for recording in the VAT registers with the corresponding new codes:

1. New types of documents according to the latest amendments to the PPZDSS(VAT Implementation Rules) (SG No. 55 of 27.06.2023)

The changes in the PPZDSS are reflected, which introduce rules for reducing the taxable amount and the accrued tax in the event of an uncollectible receivable with full or partial non-payment upon delivery. The reduction of the tax base and tax occurs in certain cases by issuing a credit note, and in other cases by issuing a protocol.

To support this, Business Navigator has introduced new document types for proper VAT register reporting, along with the corresponding new codes:

1.1 For outgoing sales documents:

23 – Credit Note under Article 126b, Paragraph 1 of the VAT Act

29 – Protocol under Article 126b, Paragraphs 2 and 7 of the VAT Act

1.2 For incoming purchase documents:

23 – Credit Note under Article 126b, Paragraph 1 of the VAT Act

These new document types are processed automatically and correctly reflected in the VAT reporting registers — the purchase ledger, the sales ledger, and the VAT return

2. Import of document types

Sample document types have been created with the new document type codes, meeting the latest requirements in the VAT Act.
You can import them from the Basic data - Basic definitions - Document types menu.
After clicking the Import button, select the file: TYPchl126b.NAV
