1. New checkpoint from April 2025.
A new checkpoint has been introduced for April 2025, in accordance with the requirements of the Social Security Budget Act (ZBDOO) for 2025. The tables for Maximum Insurance Income (MOD) and Labor Risk Classification Codes (TZPB) have been updated based on NACE(KID)-2025.
To ensure proper system operation, please follow these steps:
- In the company data section, go to "Companies – Edit", and on the "General Information" tab:
- In the "NACE(KID) Code" field, first select "NACE(KID)-2025", then choose the appropriate activity type from the 2025 list of economic activities.
- Select the same activity type in the "LRCC(TZPB) Code" field.
- Enter the company you wish to process and go to "Master Data – Periods", then click "Edit".
- On the "General Information" tab, in the "Main Economic Activity" field, again select "NACE(KID) -2025", followed by the company’s activity type for the relevant period.
- Select the same activity type in the "LRCC(TZPB) Code" field.
Final Step: Run the “Status Analysis” function
Once the new NACE(KID)-2025 codes have been set, run the "Status Analysis" function. This will validate the entered data against the updated MII(MOL) and LRCC(TZPB) requirements effective from April 1, 2025.
If needed, the system will automatically apply changes, provided you check the box "Adjust insurance rates and classes" and confirm with "OK".
Notes on Employment Contracts You do not need to update the activity type in each employee’s contract at this stage for payroll calculations to be correct. These values should be updated when entering data in contracts and/or agreements that require submission to the National Revenue Agency (NAP). In such cases, notifications under employment contracts must be submitted using the new NACE(KID)-2025 codes.
