Unified work record with Business Navigator Payroll/HR Download
The NavETZ program works with the company data in Business Navigator Payroll/HR, therefore, in order to submit data for individuals with an electronic employment record, you must have processed these individuals in Business Navigator Payroll/HR - entered contracts, additional agreements, etc.
1. Installation
The NavETZ.exe program is copied to the Navzapl folder where Business Navigator Payroll is installed.
2. Start-up and operation
The program is launched directly from the Business Navigator Payroll folder, you can display a Shortcut.
2.1. Company selection
When starting the program, a screen opens for selecting a company processed by Business Navigator Payroll/HR.
After selecting the company, the program loads all notification packages that have not been submitted with the data for the persons in them.
These notification packages in Business Navigator Payroll/HR contain all persons for whom there is a change in the employment relationship related to contracts, additional agreements for changes in term, position, basic salary, paid annual leave, etc.
At each start, the program tracks whether there are new unclosed notification packages in the company in BN Payroll and, if there are any, fills them in the list of packages for Electronic Employment Record (ETZ).
If the package already exists in NavETZ, only the data for the new persons is filled in. If the package in NavETZ is already closed (a file has been submitted to the NRA), a new package is created with the data for the new persons.
2.2. Screen with Electronic Employment Record (ETZ) packages
In the list, the packages are sorted by code and creation date. When an Electronic Employment Record (ETZ) file has been generated from a given package, the fields for Date and Time of recording are also filled in for the package.
To view the data for the persons, change or add new data,
the package must be highlighted and the "Edit" button must be pressed (or double-clicked on the package).
2.3. List of Electronic Employment Record (ETZ) for the persons in the package
The screen with the data for the ETR package has a page "Official Information" with data for the package itself.
The field "Closed" indicates whether Electronic Employment Record (ETZ) files were created from the given package.
The page "Electronic Labor Records" contains a list of data for the persons included in the given package in separate rows.
When this page is highlighted, the buttons for working with the data are also active - "Add", "Edit", "Delete" and "File for NRA".
By editing or adding to the page, the screen with the data for Electronic Labor Record opens.
2.4. Electronic Employment Record
